Singer Nomoreloss Died of Typhoid in Lagos


Multi-talented singer and comedian, Olumuyiwa Osinuga popularly known as Nomoreloss died yesterday morning at an undisclosed hospital in Opebi, Lagos. He reportedly died of  Typhoid fever.

Confirming the news of his death, the singer’s manager, Joyce Ize Iyamu said: “The news is true, but I don’t have all the details yet. The family will make an official statement disclosing what happened.”

Although the cause of his death is yet to be ascertained, a source close to the deceased said Nomoreloss had been sick since January 2016.

Many of his colleagues have been pouring out condolence messages via social media.

Nomoreloss was famous for his hit songs, ‘Iyawo Asiko’ and ‘Let Them Say”.

He will be greatly remembered for his priceless role as the coordinator of the Save OJB Campaign during OJB’s kidney crisis.

The late singer left behind a wife and a daughter. Nomoreloss got married to Rhythm OAP Phoenix (Adeola Osinuga) in 2008. They had their daughter, Mo, on January 15, 2011.  Phoenix has another son from an earlier relationship aged 15-16.
